Civil Engineering
Responsibilities
Bridge and structural design
Highway and roadway engineering
Construction engineering and inspection (CEI)
Drainage or hydrology/hydraulics
Transportation planning or traffic operations
Utility coordination or site development
General civil engineering with an interest in infrastructure
Qualification
Required
A passion for infrastructure and improving the built environment
A team-first attitude and collaborative mindset
Creative problem-solving and engineering innovation
Strong communication and organizational skills
A desire to grow and learn within a supportive, mission-driven team
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
EIT or PE license (or on track to obtain)
Experience with infrastructure projects (DOT, municipal, federal, etc.)
Familiarity with engineering software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or structural analysis tools
