Responsibilities

Complete four six-month project assignments designed to build knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, processes, and technical skills
Perform in a full-time professional capacity throughout the program
Be placed within a technology development or analytics development program track based on interests and skillsets

Required

Graduating or graduated with a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university prior to the start date (~June/July 2026)
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or anytime in the future

Preferred

Graduating with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar from an accredited college or university in December 2025 or Spring 2026
Experience working in a business setting (e.g., internship, co-op or professional)
A passion for technology, process improvement and innovation
Proven teamwork collaboration
Ability to work with complex systems to analyze data input and process flows
Foundational understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, natural language processing, generative & Agentic AI) and their practical applications in IT
Ability to use enterprise approved AI tools/platforms (i.e. Co-Pilot, Github, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and automation
Awareness of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and compliance
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI-related initiatives or digital transformation efforts
Adaptability and continuous learning: The AI landscape is rapidly evolving, requiring IT professionals to continuously learn new technologies and advancements
