Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate quotes, product information, and order updates
Enter and manage sales orders with attention to detail
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Follow up on open quotes and potential leads
Share updates on new products, pricing, and opportunities with customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication
Keep sales activity, quotes, and order details organized and current
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing (manufacturing or technical background a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools
CRM or quoting system experience is helpful but not required
Team-oriented mindset with initiative and follow-through
Technical curiosity and interest in how products and systems work
Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices
Willingness to learn about automation and control systems
Ability to handle multiple customer requests and prioritize effectively
Ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to find timely, effective solutions
Ability to work closely with sales, engineering, and production to ensure clear communication and accuracy
Preferred
Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments
