Team Red Dog is looking for a part-time Marketing Project Manager to join their Global Technology client’s dynamic marketing organization. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of creative marketing assets and shaping narratives that empower founders and investors while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of marketing asset creation, from intake and prioritization through publication and performance tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on messaging, positioning, and asset needs
Drive customer evidence initiatives and ensure marketing materials are on-brand and strategically aligned
Oversee timelines, creative reviews, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns and materials
Track, report, and present performance metrics to help inform future marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
Experience managing creative content pipelines, including intake, production, and publishing of marketing assets across multiple platforms
Strong ability to distill complex business or technical topics into clear, engaging narratives that connect with diverse audiences
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional workflows and maintaining visibility on deadlines, approvals, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management for creative or content-driven teams
Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
Proven success collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and asset management workflows
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
A portfolio showcasing prior marketing content or assets will strongly reinforce your success potential
