3+ years expSTV seeks an experienced and motivated Transportation Planning Engineering Specialist to lead support multi-disciplinary teams in successfully delivering transportation infrastructure projects. This position will provide program oversight and evaluation of operating budgets for the Amtrak-Maryland Capital Program and collaborate with various agencies to ensure consistent reporting and project management.

Responsibilities
Leading, managing, and overseeing multi-disciplinary transportation teams to deliver transit projects
Planning, designing, developing, and delivering capital infrastructure projects for local and regional transit and transportation clients
Participating in teams identifying, pursuing, and securing work with key clients
Building and strengthening relationships with clients, agencies, and project partners
Preparing fee proposals, negotiating with clients, and reviewing contracts
Serving as the primary client liaison and managing project teams to successfully deliver projects within the established scopes, schedules, and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Transportation Planning or Accounting is required
Experience working with MTA, Amtrak, FRA, NECC, a plus
Experience with Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act (PRIIA 2012) and cost allocation may be required
A minimum of 3 or more years of relevant planning, design, and project management experience on transit infrastructure projects is preferred
