Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships

Meets with members to review and analyze their insurance needs

Explains coverage and suggests actions or changes in insurance programs so that members can make informed decisions

Develops professional relationships with members in order to further understand their insurance needs, including loss potential and liability risk

Provide excellent service to members and potential members

Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner, both in dress and in action

Accurately and efficiently process transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures

Follow-up on referrals

Provide consistent member follow-up

Comply with all regulations as required by law

Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development
