Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production costs
Sending and tracking payroll documents, including contracts and invoices
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and approved
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare and manage financial cost reports as required
Act as a liaison between production teams and accounting departments
Communicate financial information to the production team and casts, ensuring they sign all paperwork accurately and on time

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work on-site in Culver City, CA, for 3 days a week

Preferred

Previous experience in production accounting, film, or the television industry
