East Coast Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure high-potential retail and wholesale partners, with a focus on bricks-and-mortar expansion
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new business acquisition across the East Coast
Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals with major accounts
Work closely with Commercial Planning team to identify opportunities for B&M growth
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at major retail chains, salons and distributors
Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier accounts, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership growth
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, drive category growth, and maximise in-store presence
Drive re-order plan through intelligent CRM and driving customer relationships
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform regional sales strategies
Provide regular, data-driven sales forecasts and performance reports to the US Sales Director
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive meetings, acting as a brand ambassador

Required

Extensive experience in senior account management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors
Demonstrated success in winning and growing major bricks-and-mortar retail and wholesale accounts
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to deliver against ambitious sales targets
Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies
Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills
Ability to travel extensively across the East Coast as required
