Responsibilities

Engage with inbound and outbound leads to introduce financial service offerings and generate interest
Conduct client consultations to understand financial needs, eligibility, and service fit
Present solutions clearly and persuasively, ensuring transparency in costs, terms, and processes
Build trust and rapport with potential clients through consultative communication and professionalism
Guide clients through the agreement process to ensure a seamless and compliant close
Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversions and strengthen long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new clients
Track all activities, leads, and client interactions accurately in CRM systems
Stay current on relevant financial regulations, service offerings, and market trends
Provide feedback to leadership on client concerns, objections, and areas for process improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or teleconsulting
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a performance-based role
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-centric mindset
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-up discipline
High integrity, professionalism, and ability to explain complex information in simple terms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (GHL), and online communication tools
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision

Preferred

Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
