Responsibilities
Assist clients in real estate litigation matters
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on real estate law and regulations
Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolutions related to real estate matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex real estate litigation cases if necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations impacting real estate transactions
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Strong understanding of real estate law and litigation
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Experience in real estate litigation is a plus, but not required
