They are seeking a Senior Digital Designer, Performance Creative who will be responsible for designing and testing ads that engage and convert customers, while collaborating with various teams to enhance advertising strategies.

Responsibilities
Concept and design high-performing static, motion, and video ads that drive engagement and conversion
Collaborate daily with creative and growth teams to develop and test new ad concepts, applying insights to improve performance
Lead creative research, analyzing digital trends, advertising approaches, and cultural moments to spark new ideas and set Birdy Grey apart
Partner with copy, growth, and design teams to bring ideas to life across platforms and ensure consistency and cohesion
Analyze performance data and engagement trends with the team, then iterate quickly and thoughtfully based on platform learnings
Manage a high volume of ad projects efficiently, balancing speed, precision, and expert detail across every deliverable
Take initiative in creative strategy, working collaboratively to bring new ideas and continuous improvements to paid advertising
Spearhead the integration of generative AI tools to significantly increase creative volume, automate variation generation, and accelerate the concept-to-scale pipeline based on customer learnings
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize and evolve DTC experiences across multiple customer segments and user journeys
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
7+ years of experience in digital or performance design, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or DTC
Proven track record of designing, testing, and scaling a high volume of ROI-positive ad creative across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and emerging channels
Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects (or equivalent motion tools)
Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) and adapting content across aspect ratios and formats
Strong understanding of creative testing and how audience insights inform performance
Experience with A/B testing, advertising platform management (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), and performance and engagement analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Comfortable diving into data and using insights to guide creative decisions
Experience using AI tools to support concepting, iteration, and creative development
Strong attention to detail across color, typography, animation timing, and composition
Research-driven mindset, continuously benchmarking and analyzing competitor/industry creative to inform strategic and platform-native creative experimentation
Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional team environment
Self-starter with a positive attitude, open to feedback, and always looking for smarter, faster ways to create
Preferred
Experience working in-house or at an agency across multiple brands or clients
Experience in UX/UI design and landing-page layout, with a strong sense of flow and hierarchy
Experience in photo or video art direction
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
