Wren Kitchens is a family-run business and the UK’s leading kitchen retailer, now expanding its operations in the U.S. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of warehouse operatives, and ensure efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and organization.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations: Set clear goals and priorities for your team to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately
Organize workflows: Assign tasks based on staffing levels and skill sets, ensuring all duties are covered by the right team members
Manage shift productivity: Monitor performance throughout the day and adjust tasks as needed to meet deadlines and quality targets
Train and develop staff: Support cross-training, identify training needs, and help team members grow their skills
Maintain warehouse standards: Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization across the warehouse at all times
Provide feedback & support: Offer constructive feedback, celebrate wins, and help your team continuously improve
Bridge communication: Share key updates, targets, and changes with your team, while also relaying feedback and ideas to management
Support staffing needs: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews – and address attendance or disciplinary concerns as needed
Assign equipment & tasks: Delegate responsibilities, assign machinery or zones, and ensure team members understand their daily roles

Required

Leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
Strong communication and team-building skills
Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Familiarity with health & safety standards and warehouse best practices
Strong organizational and planning skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable being on your feet for an 8-hour shift

Preferred

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a big plus!
