Responsibilities
Review and proof New Business Intake (NBI) forms
Review conflict reports and determine if additional approvals are required
Open, update, and close matters in InTapp Conflicts database
Run reports from InTapp database and NBI workflow system
Interact with the Finance department regarding billing information
Create conflict alert notices
Assist with other duties and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient at reviewing and analyzing information
Strong attention to detail
Must be capable of handling many tasks simultaneously and working under pressure
Ability to work with a high degree of independence
Must be highly responsive
Availability to work overtime as needed
Occasional travel may be required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Three years of data entry or administrative assistance experience preferred
