Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis with strong analytical abilities
Exceptional problem-solving and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
Proficient in application development and technology testing
Preferred
Experience with banking core systems and basic knowledge of Excel and SQL
