The Installation Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering training on installation methods and processes for branch offices and aiding regional leaders in implementing installation programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provides installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training
Audits points within the documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front line level and provide feedback regarding changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing and delivery
Evaluates installations and provides recommendations and guidance to improve overall installation efficiency
Supports tendering/order development, installation planning & execution

Required

5+ years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
Strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills
