Responsibilities

Drive sales: Consistently meet or exceed commercial vehicle sales quotas by developing new business opportunities, managing leads, and converting sales
Lead outreach efforts: Conduct offsite sales calls, cold-calling, and develop a robust social media/networking strategy to target potential commercial clients
Customer relationship management: Provide high-level customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction, handle concerns, and build strong client relationships
Sales management: Assist with deal structuring, pricing, and offer solutions based on client needs, including upfitting options and custom configurations
Accountability: Maintain accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets, and manage the performance of the fleet department

Required

At least 2 years of commercial sales or sales management experience, ideally in a large-volume dealership

Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen ability to recognize opportunities and grow the business
Excellent communication, networking, and computer skills, along with experience utilizing social media and other tools to build relationships
A dedication to providing outstanding service to customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring their long-term satisfaction
