HR People Analytics Internal Consultant

Nuvance Health is a healthcare organization seeking an HR People Analytics Internal Consultant to join their HR People Analytics Team. This role focuses on the development, deployment, and maintenance of the HR People Analytics program, supporting data management and analytics to drive strategic decision-making and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Provides partnership and service to our business leaders in delivery, organization, and analysis of data. Works with our business leaders in extracting meaningful insights. The HR People Analytics Internal Consultant provides recommendations and guides action planning/process improvement with our management/director level customers
Applies People Analytics to fiscal year goals, system scorecard, and optimization projects
Applies people analytics to business specific problems and opportunities
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and connects data points to help the business user understand and articulate the story
Versed in survey design and methodology. Ability to apply statistical analysis to inform target setting and provide additional context
Contributes to operational day-to-day people analytics work. This can include responsibilities related to deployment, break/fix, Q&A, optimization. Examples of this type of work include System scorecard support, CHRO scorecard, Engagement survey design/deployment (as well as other system surveys), exit interview data extraction and analysis, deployment and results, operational reporting, comp and benefits metrics, talent strategy metrics, DEI metrics, turnover and retention, engagement data (physician and employee), etc
Supports regulatory and compliance reporting and analytics. Supports HR audit portfolio with requested data need
Ability to visualize the data and create compelling and visually appealing presentations as needed
Partner with Internal Communications Team to create communications plan for various initiatives
Develop end user training materials and deliver training as needed
Ability to work within the People Analytics platform and other associated systems to extract/clean/manipulate/organize data
Dashboard development and support, survey design and delivery, and reporting responsibilities
Responsible for working with our IT partners, vendors, and other consultants to run Q&A
Provides break/fix, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance support
Ability to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend and deploy mistake proofing mechanisms
Maintain change log and history to ensure appropriate documentation exists for business context
Partners with HRIS, Payroll, and other stakeholders on overseeing HR Data Governance model, and associated data cleanup efforts
Maintains an environment that promotes data integrity through security controls and access controls. Maintains data privacy when it comes to personal employee information. Develops protocols for how we manage private/privileged information
Demonstrates a customer service mindset. Ability to understand the needs and expectations of our customers and ensures a ‘customer first’ guiding principle is embedded in the team operations

Manages a close working relationship with IT, Payroll, and HRIS counterparts. Translates business needs to technical requirements at the operational level
Participates and supports a high performing team
Educate other HR teams on people analytics initiatives, systems, and results so they can better support their business

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years' experience with a demonstrated competency in related core HR/Data Analytics platforms, processes, analysis
Possess a high level of customer service skill. At least 3 years' customer service experience
Experience with technology including HRIS systems, Data Analytics platforms, database/reporting tools
Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to effectively manage daily team operations
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to mentor and encourage team members to contribute to the team's productivity
Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus and prioritize
Well-developed problem-solving skills; able to develop creative solutions to resolve difficult or unusual problems
Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities; be able to multitask and prioritize tasks during peak periods and remain productive during slow periods; exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
Ability to work responsibly without direct supervision

Preferred

Preferred experience working as a program/project manager, facilitator, and/or PI methodology experience
