Removes burrs and sharp edges from parts according to customer specification or blue prints
Demonstrates proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools
May perform other duties necessary
Visually and dimensionally inspects part for burrs and sharp edges
Trains and instructs other employees as directed
Perform parts measurements and quality checks using digital height gages and calipers; also go / no-go and thread gages
Enter work order confirmations in Traceability software
Record measurement data in MMS /QC Gage databases
Manual deburring and visual inspection of parts after machining using a variety of powered hand tools
May perform other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
