A strong ability to understand mechanical assemblies and comfortable learning and using various equipment
An acute attention to detail is extremely important given the complexity of the product
Good communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to work cohesively with subordinates, peers, and superiors
Preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar production environment
Prior exposure to aerospace requirements and practices
Background in testing with electronics
