Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and helpful environment for all guests in the office or on the phone
Transfer phone calls and distribute messages to the appropriate staff member and/or campus department
Perform general office duties
Support the graduate admissions process
Maintain informational bulletin boards
Assist with special projects or preparing for events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer skills: Word-processing, and spreadsheets
Must have good customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
