They are seeking a strategic and results-driven Eastern Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Dental Products Sales Representatives, focusing on market insight and customer-centric selling to drive growth across product categories.

Distinguishes product features from customer-perceived value and applies consultative, solution-oriented sales techniques that align with customer needs, driving long-term commercial success and strong market positioning
Results Orientation Combines strategic foresight with disciplined execution to achieve ambitious sales targets. Balances input metrics and measurable outcomes, guiding teams to deliver consistent performance. Identifies growth opportunities, interprets market trends, and fosters accountability while celebrating collective success and continuous improvement
Organizational/Analytical Skills & Business Proficiency Applies analytical rigor and business acumen to guide decisions and enhance operational efficiency. Leverages CRM platforms, BI tools, and Excel to link data insights to strategic actions, driving alignment across internal teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the dental or medical device industry
Understanding of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and preferably dental procedures/terminology
Effective team leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges within sales processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve performance and client satisfaction
Strong ability to build effective relationships, cultivate collaborative environments, and align team efforts toward shared objectives
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, BI tools, and virtual collaboration technologies
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel at least 50%

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
