Information Technology Service Delivery Manager
Morgan Prestwich is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturing company that specializes in innovative medical and diagnostic solutions for sleep health. They are seeking an experienced Information Technology Service Delivery Manager to oversee a cross-functional service team and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a cross-functional service team spanning hardware repair and IT/software support
Provide technical direction for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and best practices
Oversee daily service operations
Represent service delivery at leadership meetings
Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required
At least 5 years of relevant experience in service engineering
At least 2 years in supervisory, team lead, or managerial role within a regulated environment
Hands-on experience with service management platforms, CRM systems, and analytics/reporting tools
Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards for service operations in the medical device industry
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
