Required

5-7 years of proven successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative, solution-oriented sales role
Proven experience in the manufacturing or distributor focused sales environment
Strong technical aptitude in a manufacturing environment where product application solutions are required
Experience in a distributor and end user environment across an array of market segments
Strong skills in qualifying, demonstrating and influencing customers
Ability to travel (50-60%) in the Southern California Area
Developing new end user customers and managing existing customer accounts
Optimizing sales with distribution channel partners through joint calls, end user leads, and technical product support
Territory planning, sales administrative activities and reporting
Results-oriented, self-directed sales professional with technical aptitude
Proactive, consultative, solution-oriented approach
Ability to adapt to various scenarios and situations to support customer requirements
Metal cutting knowledge and experience
