Imaging Clinical Program Manager - MRI Safety - 8-Hour Day Shift

Responsibilities
In conjunction with Imaging Physics, supervises all MR protocol changes or enhancements to guarantee compliance with all MRI safety requirements as mandated by the state, federal, and accreditation agencies within the CSHS imaging system
Provides initial training and monitors ongoing competency for all MR techs performing MR scans at CSMC
Develops and maintains all MR tech training records and is responsible for accreditation of MR scanners within the system
Oversees and/or manages the assigned imaging program and has authority for day-to-day program operations and administration
Responsible for research, protocols and safety guidelines for all MRI patients with implants
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiological program required
ARRT or ARMIT certification required
MRSO certification from the American Board of Magnetic Resonance Safety required
Basic Life Support from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association required
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Tech required
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Radiology preferred
California Radiologic Tech (CRT) preferred
