Responsibilities
Define and execute the comprehensive vendor governance and compliance strategy across the organization
Lead the team and manage performance across all critical vendor operations processes and service delivery
Serve as the primary escalation point for significant vendor compliance issues, breaches, or performance failures
Oversee new vendor integration, ensuring robust due diligence, contracting, and compliance readiness
Align BPO operational performance, capacity, and staffing with necessary business demand and risk mitigation
Report on vendor risk posture and operational performance to senior leadership and the board
Drive initiatives for continuous operational excellence, efficiency, and vendor lifecycle maturity
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Global Operations; 4+ years in a management or leadership role
Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
Proven ability to successfully lead and develop high-performing teams, establishing clear accountability for results
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders on sensitive risk topics
Strong strategic and analytical skills to convert complex data and performance metrics into organizational strategy
