They are seeking a Licensed New Jersey Pharmacist to join their team as a Temporary Compounding Lab Pharmacist, responsible for supervising pharmacy activities and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise pharmacy activities of technical and non-technical staff and ensure these activities occur in accordance with USP 795, State Board of Pharmacy regulations, and company policies and procedures

Maintain systems to ensure that compounding team members are adequately trained on and are continually adhering to all measuring, mixing, packaging, and labeling steps described in formula instructions

Ensure patient safety by using clinical knowledge to verify the appropriateness of prescription orders, compounded batches, and finished item packaging
