Responsibilities
Examining, assessing, planning, and managing the health care of assigned patients in collaboration with and under the general supervision of a licensed physician
Obtaining comprehensive patient histories
Conducting physical examinations
Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
Performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
Documenting clinical findings
Providing patient education and counseling to support high-quality primary and preventive care services
Qualification
Required
Must have completed an accredited program
Be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician
Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system
Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians
