Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the business development team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback on a regular basis to ensure team success. Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with the team leads to discuss progress, address any challenges, and provide feedback
Marketing Outreach: Conduct outreach activities such as calling, email marketing, and providing prospective clients with marketing materials to nurture leads and gather additional information resulting in an MQL or SQL
Lead Management: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and maintain a consistent flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline. Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads. Proven ability to manage partner channels impartially, ensuring fair and balanced support for all partners while driving collaborative success
Data Analysis: Monitoring the performance of marketing leads and ensuring timely handover of leads
Process Improvement: Work closely with management to identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development team
Campaign Management Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads are generated resulting in SQL’s
Governance: Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and strict adherence to, the rules of engagement specific to each instance and division, ensuring compliance and consistency across all interactions
Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for business development agents, addressing their inquiries and resolving challenges

Required

5 years of related experience
Experience in leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience in lead management, marketing coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
