Responsibilities

Assist with screening of resumes

Setting up candidates' interviews for hiring managers

Creating recruiting new hires packets

Coordinating onboarding and trainings

Maintaining employees personnels files by filing

Scheduling meetings and facilitating events

Assist with ordering of items and meals for meeting and events

Providing administrative support to employees

Complete special projects assigned (I9 audit, update files, scan files)

Other projects as assigned

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Preferred

Attending college with emphasis in HR
