Responsibilities

Timely coordinate with defense counsel/insureds/monitoring counsel to facilitate coverage, liability and damage analysis

Explore the use of technology, structured settlements, and other means to find strategic and cost effective claims resolutions

Effectively analyze and budget the litigation of each claim on pending through timely discussions with counsel, vendors and insureds

Determine judgmental value on all files in pending within a reasonable time frame and make presentations to management as necessary

Manage reserve adjustments and payments to avoid deficit payments
