Responsibilities
Design and produce digital marketing assets including:
Paid ad creative (display, carousel, and static)
Social graphics for ZGM and CakeCommerce channels
Blog headers, case study visuals, and other supporting content pieces
Email templates and graphics aligned with monthly campaigns
Support landing page design for campaign launches and lead generation
Design with intent, ensuring layout, hierarchy, and CTAs align with audience actions and campaign objectives
Partner with internal marketing leadership to align creative with active campaigns and quarterly goals
Contribute ideas for A/B testing, content angles, and design optimizations
Participate in creative brainstorms and help evolve brand visuals based on performance insights
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and campaigns
Organize and manage shared creative files, templates, and style guides
Provide recommendations to improve internal creative processes and efficiency
Collaborate with RevOps about paid, email, and social needs to understand creative performance and adjust assets based on results
Provide layout direction if needed to ensure visual and messaging cohesion
Design across multiple channels (paid, social, email, landing pages) with awareness of platform best practices and performance nuances
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in design or digital marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-brand environment
Strong understanding of marketing principles; knows how to design with intent, not just aesthetics
Experience creating assets for paid media, email marketing, and organic social channels
Excellent attention to detail, project organization, and file management
Ability to self-manage multiple deliverables across two brands, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively with minimal supervision
