They are seeking a Generative AI Intern to join their Business Development and Trade Marketing team, where the intern will develop and refine AI tools to support marketing execution and customer insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design, building, and deployment of Custom GPTs, leveraging internal data, brand guidelines, and specific requirements from our marketing and research teams
Develop, test, and document highly effective prompts and repeatable workflows to maximize the accuracy and usability of the AI tools you build
Continuously test the performance of deployed AI tools and gather user feedback to identify bugs and drive iterative improvements
Work directly with the marketing team to apply AI tools to critical tasks, including drafting ad copy variations, brainstorming social media content ideas, and summarizing campaign reports
Support research efforts by utilizing AI tools to analyze and quickly surface key themes and insights from large volumes of qualitative data (e.g., customer surveys, reviews, and market feedback)
Assist in conducting AI-powered competitor and market research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions

Required

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related technical field
Demonstrated hands-on experience with major Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, Claude)
Direct experience building or customizing GPTs or similar LLM-based applications (personal projects or coursework welcome)
A strong, applied interest in prompt engineering and optimizing how humans interact with AI systems
Highly curious, self-motivated, and an excellent problem-solver who enjoys technical challenges

Preferred

Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn about digital marketing, advertising principles, and customer research methodologies
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
