Plan & Execute Social Strategy: Build and manage a content calendar across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos optimized for each platform
Scriptwriting: Write concise, scroll-stopping scripts and captions that align with our brand tone and content goals
Video Editing: Edit short-form videos with dynamic pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design to maximize retention
Analytics & Optimization: Track performance data, identify trends, and adjust strategy based on what’s driving engagement
Community Management: Engage with followers and communities to build brand affinity and drive interaction
Trend Research: Stay ahead of viral formats, algorithm updates, and creative trends across all major platforms
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Strategist, ideally for a B2B Service company
Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut)
Proven experience writing video scripts and captions that convert views into engagement
Intermediate graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, storytelling, and content pacing
Excellent communication and project management skills — able to plan, execute, and deliver consistently
Preferred
Experience managing personal brands, agencies, or B2B service companies
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, OpusClip, Descript, or Synthesia
