Responsibilities
Oversee budgeting, project planning, scope development, proposal preparation, scheduling, and coordination of projects
Manage subcontractors and affiliate consultants, interface with analytical laboratories, and handle bid solicitation and procurement
Track project progress, maintain schedules and budgets, and prepare and review technical reports and other deliverables in accordance with client and regulatory requirements
Ensure data management, quality control, and invoice management
Demonstrate and monitor the quality of work products
Oversee the quality of deliverables from internal teams and affiliates, ensuring adherence to account service instructions
Manage deliverable schedules and retention in line with internal policies
Support the resourcing, pre-qualification, and onboarding of subcontractors and affiliate consultants; conduct annual evaluations of contractor performance against key performance indicators
Collaborate with the compliance team to prepare and submit renewal applications for technical licenses and track application progress
Manage building science technical resources
Participate in team process enhancements and the adoption of new technologies
Provide technical consultation and collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams to support new or expanding projects
Conduct quality reviews of work products, including those prepared by internal and affiliate resources, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to client/account requirements
Manage projects, approve line items, and conduct client assessments to support team or client needs
Complete required annual technical training (licenses/certifications) and company-mandated training (policies, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Valid Asbestos certifications are required
Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience managing complex asbestos, lead, and mold assessment and remediation projects
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without need for current or future employment-based sponsorship
Preferred
Additional certifications such as Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, mold assessment, and documented training in Indoor Air Quality are preferred
