Responsibilities

Lead and manage the closing process for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and closing conditions are met

Prepare and review transaction closing checklists, coordinate signatures, and facilitate funding approvals

Maintain accurate records of all deal-related documents and correspondence within CRM or deal management platforms

Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to review loan agreements, purchase and sale contracts, title commitments, and related exhibits

Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and regulatory requirements; oversee all necessary filings, recordings, and post-closing deliverables

Act as the primary liaison between borrowers, developers, title/escrow agents, lenders, and internal investment or asset management teams throughout the closing process

Coordinate with capital partners and senior lenders to structure and execute intercreditor or consent agreements as needed

Maintain transaction trackers and closing schedules to support accurate and timely reporting to management and investors

Assist with funding, disbursement, and post-closing audits to ensure complete documentation and compliance with internal controls
