Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for identifying new product opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies for launching and scaling products
Leading product development: They lead cross-functional teams to build products from ideation to launch, including conducting market research, defining product requirements, developing product roadmaps, and overseeing product design and development
Conducting competitive analysis: The Senior Product Manager is responsible for researching and analyzing competitor products to inform product decisions and ensure that the company's products remain competitive
Collaborating with stakeholders: They work closely with stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, sales teams, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment on product priorities and deliverables
Defining and measuring product success: The Senior Product Manager establishes product success metrics and regularly monitors product performance against those metrics through experimentation
Managing product launches: Oversee product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing, and ensuring successful product adoption
Providing product expertise: The Senior Product Manager acts as the subject matter expert on their product, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, and providing guidance to other teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
A proactive, results-oriented approach to your work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to grasp complex user scenarios, technical concepts, and business drivers to make well-informed decisions
Keen attention to detail and proficiency in distilling complex issues
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with and manage cross-functional groups of stakeholders
