Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across ecommerce, back-end, and internal applications

Build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright, Java, Kotlin) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines

Identify and prioritize critical scenarios for automation—expanding coverage month by month

Test APIs, validate payloads, and support automation of key service flows

Maintain comprehensive documentation: test plans, cases, change logs, and metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Product, AI) to identify, analyze, and prevent issues early

Deliver detailed defect reports and track resolutions while ensuring visibility for stakeholders

Propose improvements to QA processes, automation strategies, and overall product quality

Lead design of new testing flows for critical business features, ensuring scalability and reliability

Act as a problem-solver and process owner, driving continuous improvement
