Responsibilities
Support daily operational processes related to trade settlement, reconciliation, data management, and client servicing
Assist with process improvement and transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, automation, and control
Contribute to onboarding activities for new clients, accounts, or business lines by helping document procedures, test systems, and track progress
Collaborate with teams across operations, technology, and finance to identify pain points and recommend practical solutions
Help develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects and operational workflows
Participate in ad hoc projects supporting change management, regulatory readiness, and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Enthusiasm for learning about capital markets, trade lifecycle operations, and process improvement
Self-starter mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks in a collaborative environment
Undergraduate or master's students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
Eligible master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply
