Responsibilities

Support and assist the Facilities Manager in all projects/tasks across the company

Respond to facility-related requests from employees and resolve issues promptly

Coordinate and execute property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors

Interface and coordinate with building management personnel to manage contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work

Assist with office space planning, seating arrangements, and workstation setups

Support company events and office moves by coordinating logistics

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, such as building codes and safety standards

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that facility needs are met

Ensure that all facilities are clean and presentable; assist with preparations for large-scale meetings or demonstrations
