Responsibilities

Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex US sales and use tax returns

Assist in resolving sales/use tax-related notices and queries

Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for sales and use tax return preparation

Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience

Establish and maintain relationships with engagement team members at various levels

Other duties as assigned

Required

Associate degree in business-related major preferred

Aptitude to follow firm standards and apply them accordingly

A process improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset

Execute effectively in cross-cultural business settings

This role is an on-site role and will require individuals to work in person from the assigned office

Can travel as needed

Minimum one to two years of customer service-related experience preferred
