Responsibilities

To maintain company facilities and ensure a safe and clean work environment for all
Physical work required with a considerable amount of bending, lifting, etc
Floor Tech experience and knowledge of operating floor equipment preferred
Lifting heavy containers of wax and cleaning chemicals are required
Carpet and tile floor work required
Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
Willing to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
Ability to adapt and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
Reliability and strong work ethic required
