Responsibilities

Drive advanced analytics and trend modeling to support marketing optimization and demand forecasting within large-scale CPG environments
Lead the design of predictive models that connect marketing and sales signals to measurable business outcomes, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources
Partner with AI Architects, Product Managers, and Full Stack Engineers to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies
Define model evaluation frameworks and ensure models are embedded into production systems — delivering insights that inform both product and commercial decisions
