Responsibilities
Solicit and write new business for the personal lines division
Coordinate with agents and/or operations managers to assist in determining proper coverage
Provide underwriting and rating for new accounts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, initiatives, and industry trend
Actively solicit renewal and expiration dates from clients and prospects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Meet production goals and performance targets set by management
Maintain accurate monthly sales records and submit reports as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales goals
Work proactively, taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities
Embrace and recommend process improvements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborate effectively, accept feedback, and contribute to team success
Solicit and write new business for the personal lines division

Preferred
Previous customer service or sales experience (insurance preferred)
Must hold a valid insurance license (or ability to obtain one)
Strong PC proficiency and basic math skills
Excellent analytical, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work structured schedules and adapt to flexible hours when needed
