Engineered Components - Business Development Manager
Bluewater Hayes Inc. is a leading global manufacturer specializing in precision metal components serving multiple industries, including automotive and healthcare. They are seeking a proactive, driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth by leveraging deep industry expertise to establish and grow relationships in new accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow prospect accounts, driving sales by securing new opportunities
Build and maintain relationships within new divisions, identifying key stakeholders for regular engagement
Educate customers on industry insights and our capabilities using consultative selling techniques
Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate business wins and enhance customer satisfaction
Develop pursuit plans to improve sales pipeline quality, expedite deal closure, and enhance the buying experience
Expand our reach across all company divisions
Qualification
Required
3 – 5 years of experience in account prospecting in an industrial sector selling highly engineered products (not software)
Strong business acumen with ability to align solutions with customer needs
Proven ability to find, develop, and deliver new business
Excellent communication skills; effective in both formal and informal settings
Influential, with strong networking skills and the ability to drive decision-making
Independent and driven, with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; Engineering degree a plus
