Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
Shottenkirk Automotive Group is a family-owned business operating 27 automotive dealerships across 6 states. They are seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager responsible for hiring and training representatives to contact potential buyers and schedule appointments with sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
Manage and track all leads
Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
Collect and analyze business metrics
Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
Previous sales experience
Preferred
Previous Management Experience
Automotive industry experience
