Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive product portfolio strategy (operating plans, OKRs, roadmaps) aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs
Develop and implement operational plans and processes to support the successful delivery and launch of solutions/products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to drive portfolio initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals
Coordinate with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive effective decision-making and execution
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to drive portfolio optimization efforts
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the product portfolio
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the product portfolio and develop mitigation strategies
Proactively address issues and obstacles to minimize disruption and optimize outcomes
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes and provide training to ensure team members are well-equipped to succeed
Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, project management, or related roles, with demonstrated leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong record of project management success, process optimization, change management
Proficiency in project & product management tools (e.g., Aha, Jira)
Understanding of product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence decision-making at all levels
