Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight and direction for multiple enclave-related projects
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration
Maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of TWO (2) years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in federal IT or enclave-related projects
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in federal enclave environments, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical components
Preferred
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in English, both verbally and in writing
