Responsibilities
Interact with a broad range of businesses across different industries and with unique capital needs
Work side-by-side with a talented, dedicated staff of senior professionals who will provide broad exposure to the many different considerations affecting private equity liquidity needs
Assist with evaluating and structuring customized financing alternatives for private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and their portfolio companies
Gain hands-on transaction experience by playing an integral role on deal teams from the initial pitch through closing
Develop general corporate finance and valuation skills relevant to raising capital, while building a detailed understanding of key developments in the equity and debt capital markets

Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior investment banking or buy-side private equity experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Coursework in or strong knowledge of accounting and finance required
Strong analytical capabilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and application
Strong financial and computer (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills
