Responsibilities

Design and develop key communications products in support of mission owners to engage with the workforce and oversight

Enable transformation through strategy, planning, program management, process development and improvement

Define, document, and enhance operational effectiveness to deliver technology solutions to mission organizations

Design and execute facilitations and engagements with mission owners to support change management for AI integration into analytic workflows

Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communications and change management efforts

Required

Minimum THREE (3) years of experience in management consulting, program management, communication, or change management

Experience with organizational or process transformation
