Responsibilities

Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure

Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance

Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards to Scout’s first AI data portfolio

Support model deployment and monitoring of systems along with assessing and integrating new AI tools

Required

5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security

Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management

Program Management experience including reporting and documentation

Strong presentation and communication skills

Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
